Sleight of Hand is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon spawning, every coin has a 20% chance to be upgraded to a higher value.
Coins are upgraded as follows:
Penny → 
Double Penny → 
Sticky Nickel → Nickel → 
Dime → 
Lucky Penny → 
Golden Penny.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? as Tainted Cain.
