Trick Penny is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Using a coin, bomb, or key on a beggar or slot machine has a 17% chance to not subtract it from Isaac's inventory.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Tainted Cain.
