Basement Key trinket
Basement Key is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Every Locked Chest has a 25% chance to turn into an Old Chest.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart as Tainted Isaac.
