Bag Tissue is an unlockable consumable in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Consumes all pickups in the room; the 8 most valuable pickups form an item and spawn it. The quality of this item is based on the quality of the consumed pickups.

Can be used in rooms that contain less than 8 pickups, but will result in a lower item quality.

If used in a room that has no pickups, it does nothing.
