Quasar Shard is an unlockable consumable in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Activates the effects of The Necronomicon, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.
Converts every item pedestal into 3 Lemegeton wisps.
