Greed's Heart trinket
Greed's Heart is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants one empty coin heart. It is depleted before any of Isaac's regular hearts, and can only be refilled by picking up coins off the ground. Doing so does not add a coin to his coin counter.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as Tainted Keeper.
