Empty Page trinket
Empty Page is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac uses a book, there is a chance to activate the effects of another random active item.
List of active items that can be activated: Empty Page Items.
Chance is equal to 4 ^ AmountOfCharges%.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as 
Tainted Bethany.
