Heavenly Keys is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering the Chest or Dark Room floors, opens the Mega Satan door regardless of whether Isaac has the Key Pieces.

Greatly improves the payout of Alabaster Box (regardless of whether Isaac took a Devil Deal), making it spawn the following:
• 2 Angel Room items.
• One item from a random pool.
• A Zealot Heart.
• A Baleful Heart.
• A Fettered Heart.
• An Eternal Heart.

Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as Tainted Cain.
