Zealot Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds one Zealot Heart.

Zealot Hearts are added at the end of the health bar.

Spawns a random Lemegeton wisp at the beginning of every floor for every Zealot Heart.

Has a 2.5% chance to replace any Soul Heart.

Unlock Tainted Bethany.
