Empty Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds one Empty Heart.

Empty Hearts cover the last heart in Isaac's health bar. When that heart is depleted, the Empty Heart will also be depleted.

Gives an Abyss locust at the beginning of every floor for every Empty Heart.

Has a 7.5% chance to replace any Rotten Heart.
