Deserted Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Acts as either a Heart or Black Heart based on Isaac's current health.

If Isaac has an empty Red Heart container, it will refill one, otherwise it will add a Black Heart.

If Isaac is missing only a half Red Heart container, it will fill it, and grant a half Black Heart.

Has a 40% chance to replace any Blended Heart.

Unlock Tainted Jacob.
