Baleful Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds one Baleful Heart.

Baleful Hearts cover the last heart in Isaac's health bar. When that heart is depleted, the Baleful Heart will also be depleted.

Spawns Purgatory ghosts every 1.5 seconds while being close to enemies.

Every Baleful Heart increases the required distance to spawn ghosts.

Has a 10% chance to replace any Eternal Heart.
