Enigma Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds one Enigma Heart.

Enigma Hearts are stored in a separate slot below Isaac's actual health bar.

Upon death, Isaac respawns in the current room with half a Red Heart (or Half Soul Heart if he doesn't have any Red Heart containers).

Each Enigma heart after the first will additionally heal for 2 Red Hearts.

Has a 0.8% chance to replace any Heart.
