Savage Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Heals a full Red Heart container and grants a +1.25 flat damage boost that depletes over 25 seconds.

If picked up at full health, grants +2.5 temporary flat damage instead.

Can be picked by characters that cannot have red health.

Has a 0.8% chance to replace any Heart.
