Miser Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds one Miser Heart.

Miser Hearts are added at the end of the health bar. They are depleted in one hit.

Reduces prices of all pickups on sale by 17.5% for every Miser Heart.

Each Miser Heart spawns 2 Blue Spiders upon clearing a room.

Has a 25% chance to replace any Gold Heart.
