Half Dauntless Heart is a pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a half Dauntless Heart.

Duntless Hearts are added at the end of the health bar.

Lowers all incoming damage to half a heart.

If Isaac does not have full Dauntless Hearts, killing enemies has a 20% chance to drop a Half Dauntless Heart.

These hearts are launched at very high speeds in a random direction and disappear quickly.

Cannot drop naturally.
