Coffin pickup
Coffin is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Requires two explosions to open.
Possible drops
• 45% - Spawns 9 orbital bone familiars and 3 friendly Bonies.
• 35% - 2 
Bone Hearts.
• 20% - Two items from the Coffin pool.
How to unlock?
Enter Secret Room 10 times.
