Flesh Chest pickup

Flesh Chest is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

Deals half a heart of damage when touched. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, deals a full heart of damage.

Opens after 3-6 donations.

Possible drops
• 70% - 3-6 red hearts, pills, and a trinket from the Flesh Chest Trinkets.
• 30% - Item from the Flesh Chest Items pool.

How to unlock?

Enter a Curse Room 10 times.
