Hearttery (Soul) pickup

Hearttery (Soul) is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

If Isaac has an active item that is not fully charged, adds 6 charges to it.

Otherwise, adds a full Soul Heart.

How to unlock?

Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as Tainted Bethany.
