Stomack pickup
Stomack is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns one trinket from the Flesh Chest Trinkets pool, or 2-3 pills, or red/rotten/bone hearts when touched.
Spawns 0-2 orbital bone familiars.
Only 1 heart can spawn per sack.
Has a 1% chance to replace any regular Grab Bag.
How to unlock?
Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as 
Tainted Magdalene.
