White Sack pickup
White Sack is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns 2-3 cards/runes, half soul/eternal hearts, and/or keys when touched.
Only 1 heart can spawn per sack.
Has a 1% chance to replace any regular Grab Bag.
How to unlock?
Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as 
Tainted Lazarus.
