King of Spades consumable
King of Spades is an unlockable consumable in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Consumes all of Isaac's keys (but no more than 33) and spawns a number of pickups proportional to the number of keys lost. NumOfPickups = KeysConsumed / 3
If Isaac has a 
Golden Key, it is removed too and significantly increases the total value.
Can spawn a trinket or an item; the % chance of doing so grows with how many keys were consumed and reaches 100% at 12 and 21 keys, respectively.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush as Tainted Apollyon.
