King of Clubs consumable
King of Clubs is an unlockable consumable in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Consumes all of Isaac's bombs (but no more than 33) and spawns a number of pickups proportional to the number of bombs lost. NumOfPickups = BombsConsumed / 3
If Isaac has a 
Golden Bomb, it is removed too and significantly increases the total value.
Can spawn a trinket or an item; the % chance of doing it grows with how many bombs were consumed and reaches 100% at 12 and 21 bombs, respectively.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush as Tainted Forgotten.
