Valentine's Card consumable
Valentine's Card is an unlockable consumable in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns 1 
Heart.
Throws the card in the direction Isaac is moving. Enemies that cross the card's path get permanently charmed. If a boss is hit, it will instead deal 3.5 damage to it.
The card has a short range but can pass through multiple enemies.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush as Tainted Eden.
