Battery Acid is a passive item in Reshaken, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Increases the active item charge gained from clearing rooms by 1 per copy of the item, or by 2 per copy when clearing big rooms.

Over time, the active item charge will drain at the rate of about 1 charge every 15 seconds.

Isaac leaves a small acid creep trail that shrinks the closer the active item is to discharging. The creep deals 1.5 damage per tick (15 per second).
