Spirit Of Virulence consumable
Spirit Of Virulence is a consumable in Reshaken, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac holds up the orb and can throw it in any direction, where it will burst into a large toxic cloud on impact.
The cloud slows enemies and deals 3 + CurrentChapter damage every 15 ticks and lasts for 60 seconds.
The cloud grows in size as it deals damage and enemies die inside it.
The cloud will convert any pickups inside it into their rotten variants:

Penny →

Beggar → 
Rotten Beggar
