Keeper's Rope item
Keeper's Rope is an unlockable passive item in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Restored Collection submod.
Description
-2 luck if not playing as Keeper or Tainted Keeper.
Enemies have a 25% chance of spawning with 1-3 
Pennies which can extracted by damaging them, but they disappear after 3 seconds.
When playing as Keeper, the chance is 16.7% for 1-2 Pennies, while as Tainted Keeper there is a 12.5% chance for 0-1 Pennies.
Bosses drop double the amount of Pennies.
Has no effect on the Home floor.
Part of the Restored Collection mod.
