Birthday Candle is a passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a pickup that Isaac is missing, in the following order:
• Soul Heart: if Isaac has none, and is not playing as Keeper.
• Key: if Isaac has none.
• Bomb: if Isaac has none.
• Dime: if Isaac has less than 15¢.

If none of the above criteria are satisfied, increases Isaac's stats instead:
• +0.1 speed.
• ×1.1 fire rate multiplier.
• +1 flat damage.
• +0.65 range.
• +0.1 shot speed.
• +1 luck.
