Burning Bush is a passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Changes Isaac's tears into a constant stream of fire consisting of a large amount of flames.

While firing, Isaac will heat up and eventually run out of fuel which will make him fire only small flames in smaller intervals. Stopping the fire will make Isaac cool down after a short while, indicated by the color of his skin turning from red to normal.

The amount of flames is determined by Isaac's fire rate.

Enemies take damage from the flames, in addition to burn damage and damage from small flames that occasionally fall on the ground.

Flames' damage scales with Isaac's damage and tears stat. With default stats, they deal 10% of Isaac's damage.

The burn damage is equal to ~20% of Isaac's damage.

The damage from the small fires on the ground is negligible and equal to 0.04 when the fire is at full power. The amount of damage decays along with the fire.

Can convert enemies into their flaming variants.

Can destroy ice hazards and enemies, and melt the ice off of frozen enemies.
