Lil Belial - The Binding of Isaac

Lil Belial is a familiar in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that stalks enemies by hovering above their heads in the order in which they spawned.

Killing all enemies in the set order will spawn a random card.

Stalked enemies are slowed down by 25% and receive +1.5 extra damage.

If the familiar attaches itself to an enemy that burrows into the ground or jumps away, it will count as having killed all enemies in order and will spawn a card.

This item contributes towards the

Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.

This item contributes towards the

Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
