Virgil is a familiar in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that does a variety of different effects.

Throws rocks at enemies, making them target Virgil instead of Isaac. These rocks don't do any damage. One rock will make all enemies target Virgil.

Pushes Troll Bombs and Megatroll Bombs away from Isaac.

Throws a blue rock towards the location of Tinted Rocks and Crawlspaces, or throws a bomb at them if Isaac doesn't have any. Virgil can throw up to 3 bombs per floor.

Lights up the path during Curse of Darkness!.

Applies confusion for 2.5 seconds to enemies that hurt Isaac.

Revives Isaac upon death in the previous room, but only once. Reviving will refill all of Isaac's Red Hearts, or grant 2 Soul Hearts if he didn't have any Red Hearts.

Points towards the location of undiscovered special rooms.

Virgil has a 4% chance to appear in the beginning of a Glacier or Tomb floor. Touching him will recruit him for the rest of the floor.
