Mirror Fragment is a familiar in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 2 orbitals above Isaac's head that can be thrown on the ground by shooting.

Once both are thrown, a laser will shoot between them when an enemy passes. The laser deals Isaac's amount of damage.

A total of 4 lasers can be shot before needing to pick back up one of the fragments in order to renew the effect.

Holding down the fire buttons will make the orbitals spin faster, and thus will be thrown further away.

Throwing them deals 70% of Isaac's damage per tick to enemies they hit and applies a bleed effect.

Bleeding makes enemies take damage at a rate that scales with their movement speed. The faster an enemy is moving, the faster it will take damage. These enemies will also leave behind red creep that damages other enemies for 2 ticks per second at a rapid rate.

Enemies that are standing still don't receive the extra damage.

The amount of bleed damage dealt per tick is equal to 2.8 + 0.3 × CurrentFloor.

Can be acquired by defeating Narcissus II after having collected Mirror Shard.
