Lil Michael is an unlockable familiar in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a familiar that loosely floats around Isaac, holding a big sword.

Shooting tears through the familiar while there are enemies in the room will make the familiar glow white, absorbing the tears' damage.

Once every 10 tears shot, the familiar will attack the enemy with the most HP with its sword, dealing damage equal to 75% of the absorbed tears' damage.

Only tears that went through the familiar count towards its damage. If no tears went through it, it will still perform the attack, but will not deal any damage.

Enemies in near proximity also get damaged, but only by half the amount of damage.

The familiar inherits the tear effects of absorbed tears.

Some tear types contribute different amounts of damage to the familiar:
• Knives: x1.5 damage
• Fetus bombs: x1.5 damage
• Lasers: x3 damage

The amount of tears required for the familiar to attack scales with Isaac's fire rate: 100 / MaxFireDelay, however it cannot be more than 25.

The familiar's sword will glow white based on the amount of tears absorbed.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
