Starting items
Penance (inherent)
Description
All 
Soul Hearts, 
Half Soul Hearts, and 
Blended Hearts are replaced with 
Black Hearts. This also includes items that directly grant such hearts.
Cannot get Devil Deals - they are replaced with Angel Deals instead.
Despite having all the effects of Penance, it does not count as actually having the item, thus does not contribute towards the Seraphim transformation.
