Moxie's Yarn is an active item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Throws a yarn ball that summons a random friendly Catastrophe Cat.

The ball deals 5 damage per tick and will constantly be pushed by the summoned familiar.

Isaac can also push the ball himself.

The familiar persists between rooms and stays active for 45 seconds, after which it falls asleep and no longer deals any damage.

The familiar has 100 HP and will die after sustaining 100 ticks of damage.

The yarn ball is available as long as the familiar is alive, and then until leaving the room.

The familiar deals 1 damage per tick, and its slash attacks deal 2.5.

Each cat type has a special attack similar to the original boss. These attacks can occur when the familiar is a set distance from the nearest enemy and the yarn ball.
• Cricket: shoots a homing spectral tear that deals 3.5 damage.
• Guppy: shoots out 3 Blue Flies at the nearest enemy.
• Moxie: spins across the room for 5 seconds.
• Tammy: charges at the nearest enemy, dealing 10 damage to anything in its path, then releases 8 tears in a circle that deal 3.5 damage.
