Spawns a music box that plays a certain tune and has a certain sprite. There are different effects based on the sprite and tune.

Slows enemies down, occasionally briefly putting them to sleep.

+2 flat damage.
-2 shot speed.

Grants homing tears.

Samba (10 seconds)
+0.3 speed.
+0.6 tears (can bypass the tears cap).

Grants spectral and piercing tears.

Metal (10 seconds)

Causes enemies to attack each other rather than Isaac.
