Pact of Purgatory is a shrine in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 2 Vanity Points.

Spawns a Gaper that, when killed, will spawn a Purgatory ghost that attacks Isaac.

Enemies receive a 7.5% chance of spawning a Purgatory ghost upon death.

Enemies spawned by other enemies have a 3.75% chance to do so.

The ghosts cannot damage enemies or the environment.
