Delusion Pipe item
Delusion Pipe is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+10 luck.
The luck boost scales down to 0 over the course of 30 seconds.
Each use distorts the screen, visually duplicating everything. The more the item is used, the more severe the distortion is.
