Soul Magatama item
Soul Magatama is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac raises the magatama and throws it in the desired direction.
The magatama tear swaps the enemy's HP and Isaac's red hearts. The value is based on their percentages, rounded up when converting to hearts.
If Isaac has no heart containers, transforms a non-boss enemy into an Error Keeper, or sets the HP of a boss to 25%.
The magatama cannot reduce a boss' HP below 25%.
