Jeweled Branch is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon firing tears, a rainbow ring of tears begins to form around Isaac, capping at 5 tears. These tears inherit Isaac's tear effects. If the ring is full, one of the tears will fly at the nearest enemy.

The speed of tear spawning is based on Isaac's fire rate. Each tear deals 0.75x of Isaac's damage.

Pressing the drop button will stop the spawning of the tear ring.
