Cede & Hold is a passive item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only has an effect when playing as Enlightened ???.

Turns the ability to spawn maggots on/off.

Using Cede kills all active friendly maggots in the room and grants a temporary flat damage up based on the amount and type of maggots killed.

Damage boost lasts until Hold is used or after 10 seconds.
