Throw is an active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only has an effect when playing as Enlightened Cain.

On use Allows Enlightened Cain to throw collected pickups to the Sack Familiar with the attack keys. The attack down key will teleport the Sack Familiar to Enlightened Cain's position.

Using Throw again will disable the ability.

If the Sack Familiar has burst, the pickups will instead be thrown onto the ground with a 2/3 chance to be destroyed. Bombs will not be destroyed, but become active instead.
