Throw is an active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only has an effect when playing as Enlightened Cain.

On use Allows Enlightened Cain to throw collected pickups to the sack familiar with the arrow keys. Using Throw again will disable the ability.
