Fragrance Extraction is an active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a Lumidouce Case familiar that persists until the next room clear.
Friendly tears that touch the familiar cause it to burst out flames.
Subsequent uses while the familiar is active increase the number of bursts it does until needing another tear.
