Golden Scale is an unlockable active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Requires 20¢ to use the IX - The Hermit?, and a random stat-boosting pill.
How to unlock?
Defeat Greed Mode as Enlightened Keeper.
