Jar of Maggots is an unlockable active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On useIsaac holds the jar up.
When pressing an attack key, the jar is thrown in the direction pressed; it will break on collision and release 3 random friendly maggots for the room.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush as Enlightened ???.
