Fish Baggy item
Fish Baggy is an unlockable passive item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Adds a 5% chance to fire a Fish Baggy tear which bursts into 10 more tears upon contact which deal 2 damage.
The tears created from a Fish Baggy do not gain item effects.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Enlightened ???.
