I.O.U is an unlockable trinket in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All beggars are replaced by Bomb Bums.

Bomb Bums have a better item pool: Bomb Bum I.O.U Item Pool.

Defeat Mom's Heart/It Lives as Enlightened Samson.
