Mosaic Heartbreak trinket
Mosaic Heartbreak is a trinket in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Entering an uncleared room deals 1 heart of damage and spawns a 
Soul Heart.
All hearts in the room randomly teleport around and drop colorful creep at intervals which deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).
