Little Hornfel is a familiar in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and gives unique rewards upon bombing tinted rocks.

Possible rewards:
• 4 Coins.
• 2 Bombs.
• A random card.

Has a 33% chance to start crying and firing tears in all directions when hit by an enemy projectile.

Spawns an item from the Bomb Bum item pool after entering a new floor if the last one was finished without taking damage.

Spawns a friendly bomb fly when Isaac gets hit.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
