Harena's Blessings is an unlockable passive item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Entering a new floor applies 1 out of 3 possible blessings.

The blessings function just like curses, except for their effects being positive.

Blessings:
Somnum Stellarum
Spawns up to 3 hanging stars above random enemies in the room. When the enemy dies, the star above it falls down, spawning a sand explosion and shooting star tears. Both can apply somnolence to enemies.

Scorching Sands
Upon entering a new room, Isaac will leave a trail of sand creep for a couple of seconds.
Killing enemies will also spawn multiple sand creeps.
Each creep can also spawn a sand spike that applies somnolence to enemies.

Somnomoon
Gives Isaac a familiar that hovers above his head and shoots star tears at nearby enemies. Clearing rooms will upgrade the familiar up to 3 times, making it shoot more star tears at once.
